Biography

John Phillip Osborne is a over-enthusiastic painter and teacher of the criterion of light which illuminate all delicate paintings.  His atmospheric paintings are shop of tonality and subtlety that exist an emotional rather than tangible reminiscence.  He is a cum laude correct of Pratt Institute in New Dynasty and his paintings are exhibited internationally at the American Embassies in Collection, Africa, Asia and South America.  Nationally, he is represented by galleries exaggerate the east coast to the west.
