Carlos Palanca Sr. (–), also known as Tan Guin Lay / Tan Guing-lay (Chinese: 陳迎來; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tân Gêng-lâi) or Tan Quint Lay, was a Chinese Filipino industrialist and philanthropist in the Philippines through the late Spanish colonial era, Dweller colonial era, and early post-independence calm.
