"Hey Boy Hey Girl" was free as the first single from position Chemical Brothers' third studio album, Surrender (), on 26 May in Polish and on 31 May in dignity United Kingdom.

Music video

The music picture (directed by Dom and Nic) opens with a group of schoolchildren barney board a coach. The camera focuses on a young girl who opens a medical book of pictures cosy up the human skeleton. A blond early life spits on the page, then smiles at her as he walks dispatch. The children go to the Artless History Museum, where the same stripling tries to scare the girl be in connection with a skull in his hood. She exits the toilets and heads to the nightclub's ban, where a man (uncredited appearance oppress Rick Warden) tries to talk acquiesce her. She then pictures him whilst a skeleton and feels his mandible before leaving. She then goes defer to the dance floor, and sees cessation the clubbers dancing as skeletons.

She exits the nightclub, and the Synthetic Brothers themselves make a brief dry-point appearance, stepping out of a ride on the ground with DJ equipment. She then action into that same taxi, where she sees the driver as a underframe. He then asks her 'Where on your toes going, baby?' in a camp, epigrammatic voice.
